The Nimbula helpdesk is available to all users, with guaranteed response times determined by service level type as described in the table below.

Nimbula Director: Support Packages
Customers using the free version of the product licensed for under 40 cores can purchase Gold support to enhance their experience. Customers licensing Nimbula Director for deployments over 40 cores will have the option between subscriptions including either Gold or Platinum support. The pricing is based on number of cores and the support option chosen. Please contact Nimbula to inquire about license pricing for deployments over 40 cores. The table below details the various support options, their fees, hours of availability and response times.
