We were able to restart the monitoring daemons in your installation. Please check if graphs are showing up correctly now.

Would you please share the steps of restarting or fixing? Since other people might run into such issue too.

To check if monitoring data is being collected in your installation, you can login to the hosts (cssh) and check if Ganglia RRD files can be located in /var/lib/ganglia.
If no RRD files are found, you can restart Ganglia daemons by running the following commands on the hosts:
$ sudo /etc/nimbula/bic/gmetad-master_1 stop
$ sudo /etc/nimbula/bic/gmond-node stop
Note: The system will restart Ganglia daemons when they are stopped.
